Privacy policy
Atuals is run by Renato Dinis in Portugal. This page explains what data ends up with us when you use atuals.com or interact with anything we build, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and one email gets anything we hold about you deleted.

What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, what device and browser they use, and roughly where visits come from. This is aggregated usage data - we don't use it to identify you.
Email addresses. Only when you give us one - for example joining a waitlist or writing to us. We use it to send you the thing you asked for, nothing else.
That's the whole list. No accounts, no data brokers, and we never sell or rent anything to anyone.
Advertising and Meta's Marketing API
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Our internal tool, Atuals Ads, connects to Meta's Marketing API for one purpose: managing our own ad campaigns - creating ads and reading their performance numbers.
Atuals Ads has no users other than us. It does not collect, store, or process personal data from anyone, and it accesses no Facebook user data beyond our own business assets (our page, our ad account).
If you click one of our ads, the link carries standard campaign tags so we know the visit came from an ad. Nothing about you personally reaches us from that click.
Services we rely on
The site and business run on a few third-party services, each with its own privacy policy: Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (site stats), Meta (advertising), YouTube (embedded videos), Skool (our community), and Gumroad (digital products).
Data deletion
Email renato.dinis@atuals.com and ask us to delete your data. We'll remove anything we hold about you (usually just an email address) within 30 days and confirm when it's done. The same address works for seeing or correcting what we have.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date.
